Join us as we learn basic yoga poses & breathing exercises through songs, games, stories and, most importantly, by using our imaginations. We also learn & practice what it means to be calm, focused & still in our bodies & minds. Together, we make yoga lots of fun!
Charity Seva Yoga
Begins May 6th
Help yourself while helping others!! Seva is the Sanskrit word for selfless service. Come and practice yoga while helping raise money for a charity organization. All the instructor's earnings for this class are donated to a different organization each month. This class is geared as an All-Levels class.
For the month of May we will be fund-raising for Kids Against Hunger based out of Erie. The mission of Kids Against Hunger, a humanitarian food-aid
organization, is to significantly reduce the number of hungry children
in the USA and to feed starving children throughout the world.
By providing nutritious food to children through schools or orphanages
and to families living in refugee camps, we are working against the

The money earned from one student coming to one Charity Seva Yoga class can feed a child for ONE MONTH!!!!
Yoga for Seniors Starts May 15th!
Weds at 2pm
Yoga supports us as we mature into a place of wisdom, grace, and acceptance of what is. Come explore these aspects of yourself in a gentle class designed for the older student. Yoga for Seniors is appropriate for students looking for a slower paced yoga practice that allows the individual to learn and grow at a pace that is comfortable for them while being supported by a community of peers. The details of movement, breath work and relaxation will be offered through compassionate instruction designed to be less physically challenging than most other classes on the schedule. Yoga for Seniors classes provide one with the opportunity to maintain strength and flexibility while working at their own pace in a safe and supportive environment. Perfect for those new to yoga, those with physical limitations, as well as older students looking to deepen an existing practice through knowledgeable and supportive instruction and postures, breath work and yoga flows designed for an older body.
Prenatal Yoga Thurs at 10:30am
By focusing on the unique experience of the female body during pregnancy, physically, emotionally, and mentally, Prenatal yoga offers Mommys-to-be throughout all stages of their pregnancy a practice to open the body in preparation for birth, strength building to support the body during pregnancy and post-natal recovery, and breathing and meditation techniques that can be utilized during labor an delivery. This is an open, playful, heartfelt class that brings women together in a powerful community of motherhood.
